Where is the office and when are office hours?

Waterville Gas is located at 700 Farnsworth Road in Waterville, OH. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm. Our phone number is (419) 878-4972. In case of an emergency, a technician is always on call and will answer the phone between 4pm and 8am.

Can I get on a budget plan?

Yes, you can get on a budget billing plan. By using a budget plan, you can spread the cost of winter heating bills over the entire year. Your account must be current to be eligible. Budget billing is offered once per year beginning with your August payment.


I just moved in, how do I open an account with Waterville Gas?

Please call our office at (419) 878-4972 to begin service in your name. You will need to either stop by our office to sign up for service or fill out the form and establish credit with our company. A security deposit may be required.


What is the Customer Charge?

Monthly Customer Charge
Customer charges are those costs which are directly affected by the number of customers served. and do not vary with consumption. The Public Commission Staff has developed a consistent methodology and established certain parameters for determining the customer charge. The accounts which the Staff believe minimally compensate the utility for certain fixed costs imposed on the system by the customer, regardless of that customer's usage, should be reflected in the customer charge. the following are the referenced costs:
