A $200 builder deposit must be paid before scheduling an air test.
If you would like to combine payments for upcoming turn-ons, you may do that after confirming the specific lots and btu loads with the office.
Starting January 1st, 2026, a $350 prefab fee will also be due prior to scheduling the air test.
Standard meters do not require a meter fee. Larger meters will require a fee based on size. Please be sure to provide the BTU load when requesting an airtest so that meter size can be determined and applicable fees can be conveyed.
The $200 deposit payment, $350 prefab fee payment, and possible meter fee can be made as one lump sum payment.
